Board member Minor Norman has been a resident of Whisper Lake since 2007. He is currently the Board’s Vice President and has also served as the President. Minor is married to Sally Norman who is active with planning children’s events for the neighborhood. Together, they raised five children in Whisper Lake. Minor got involved with the HOA with the desire to get Whisper Lake back to the prestige neighborhood it was when developed, keep our property values up and make Whisper Lake of Annandale residences proud to call this neighborhood Home.
